- Need coverage for longer than six months? Our plans will insure you up to twelve months, and Secure 12x3 STM can be extended for a total of 36 months.
- If you know the number of days you need coverage, you can pay one premium for the period at a lower cost. Please note that the premium pays for the entire period you select; a refund is not available if you wish to terminate before the end of that period.
- If you are not certain how long you will need coverage you can pay monthly and stop paying at the end of any month during the policy period.
- You can see premium quotes from our administrators BEFORE you provide your personal information. Only after you begin the online application will you be asked for personal details.
- Remember, these plans are not available in all states. Check your state availability by selecting it in the box to the right.
- Enrollment in Secure STM and Select STM includes membership in a special group association that gives you discounts for outpatient prescription drugs, vision care and other services. Membership is optional in some states. Obtain information on application for your state.
- When you choose a deductible and co-insurance paid by the insurance company, consider the total cash outlay you may have to pay – and weigh the possible financial risk.
- You may pay premiums by check, or easy payments by credit card or automatic check withdrawal.
- If you wish to apply by mail, print an application for your state of residence (select your state from the menu box at right).
- If you are paying the premium by check, mail the completed application and payment to the address on the application.
- Remember, coverage begins the day after you apply online or the day after the US post mark date stamp of your mailed application.
- If you still need coverage when your plan terminates, you may apply for a new policy. Pre-existing conditions apply.
